Send all images for judging one week ahead of time to us at
firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line: ‘Judged Images for month/year‘. To have your images shown, they must be delivered one week before the meeting. We won’t show images that are late. To be shown, images must also abide by the guidelines listed below.

If you wish to share photos at a club meeting and/or wish to have your photos judged and critiqued during a club meeting

Guidelines for Submitting for Judging
IOPC Members may submit 2 digital images for judging.
Guidelines for Submitting to Member’s Slideshow
IOPC Members may submit up to 5 images for the general ‘Member’s Slideshow’ portion. In this segment we will display your images to the whole group. At the beginning of the slides of your images you may state verbally if you welcome comments and or critiques. Your option. We are very helpful and courteous during this time and expect the same from all members. It’s a chance for feedback that may prove valuable to you.
Sizing & Resolution Guidelines
Our projector can display 1920 x 1080 . That is 1920 pixels wide and 1080 pixels tall. If your image is portrait format the maximum height is 1080 pixels. Please submit your images this size. It makes it much easier for the projectionist to get them ready to show. We sometimes have up to a hundred or more images to show so please send them ready for show.
Filename and Title Guidelines
Please identify in your email the title of each of your image(s) Images are announced by title at the meeting.
How to rename your photos for submission:
Image Content Guidelines
Make sure that the images you submit for judging do not have identifying logos or watermarks. In addition, the club bylaws prohibit display of any adult media or images, (e.g. graphic violence, nudes, sexually explicit or suggestive work, foul language, etc.) The club bylaws also prohibit display of photography that promotes violence or illegal activities.
